Anthony Maietta is a strengths-focused leader that turns talent into performance in his teams through detailed content knowledge, partnership, and the development of deep relationships. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute / WPI (2004), two US Patents as Primary Inventor, 11+ years experience in professional manufacturing environments, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) as a member of the IE Business School / Brown University joint-degree inaugural class (www.iebrown.com). His experience in manufacturing includes heavy industrial applications, luxury retail items, and small business ownership. Anthony is passionate and uniquely blends formal engineering disciplines, practical hands-on knowledge, and effective interpersonal communication skills. Prior to working in the jewelty industry he worked in the lumber and sawmill industry and owned his own business building and painting custom bicycle frames. He has spent the last 5 years working in the jewelry industry for Tiffany & Co. and Herff Jones as an industry leader in the utilization of 3D printing technologies to change the paradigm of the Professional Championship Sports Ring and Scholastic Graduation segments. Currently he is the Design and New Product Development Manager for Herff Jones.
