Computer Vision Engineer
Anusha Iyer has a master’s degree in computer science. She has a background in computer vision and machine learning, especially in image segmentation and pattern matching. She has worked on few areas of building flexible process automation systems for additive manufacturing. She specializes in working on developing fundamental algorithms and heuristics around automatic digital manufacturing processes such as 2 dimensional part placement, work quoting, resource scheduling and maintenance at Authentise Inc. She is a part of on-going development of computer-vision based product for monitoring 3d printing with fused deposition modeling printers. She is currently engaged in research related to applying machine vision to other 3d printing processes including stereolithographic, digital light processing, electron-beam melting, selective laser melting, selective laser sintering and other processes under development.
