Force Balance Engineer

Devin Burns is a member of the Advanced Measurements and Data Systems Branch at NASA Langley Research Center. He is currently supporting ground-based experimental aeronautics research and development by serving as a force balance engineer. Devin received a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, in 2008, and a Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from Johns Hopkins University, in 2012. Prior to joining NASA Langley, Devin completed a postdoc at the Goddard Space Flight Center focusing on the development and characterization of microelectromechanical devices.
