Reggie George is currently the Vice President, Quality Systems responsible for Q-CSV COE across the Johnson and Johnson Enterprise. Reggie and his team proactively perform quality reviews, consulting, coaching and ensure that Quality is embedded in the engineering, and architecture, of new technologies (Cloud, 3D printing etc.), systems and solutions as they are being planned, developed, deployed and maintained. His team also sets the overall strategy, direction, policies, and standards for Global Quality-Computerized Systems Validation (Q-CSV),in compliance with GxP regulations from US-FDA, EU, MHRA, Annex 11, ANVISA and internal Johnson & Johnson policies and standards. . Reggie has more than 20 years of experience in the IT Q&C area across Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Consumer sectors. Reggie began his career at Johnson & Johnson in 2005 where he had several leadership positions in Supply Chain IT Quality, IT Risk Assurance and Quality Systems and Services. Reggie has a proven track record of building strong compliance programs, business partner value creation, program management, solutions delivery and organizational development and has deep experience in computerized system validation. Reggie has extensive experience in hosting and interacting with Regulatory Health Authorities, including FDA, MHRA and ANVISA as well as Johnson & Johnson Internal Audit, PWC. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson Reggie held various Q&C and IT positions with increasing responsibilities at Wyeth, Deloitte Consulting, and the University of Pennsylvania. Reggie holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Information Systems from Drexel University and is a Certified Auditor from the American Society of Quality.
