Eligibility: Total Satisfaction Guarantee is valid only for Full Conference Pass registrations.
Request Procedure: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to akalergis@sme.org within 30 days following the conclusion of RAPID + TCT 2026.
Reasoning Required: The request must include a brief explanation outlining specifically why the conference programming did not meet your expectations or provide the anticipated value. This feedback is essential for us to improve future conference programming.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 30 days of the request.
Exclusions: Total Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to Full Conference Pass registration fee. It does not cover the cost of single-day conference pass registrations, additional programs and event registration fees, or any associated costs such as but not limited to travel, accommodation, food and beverage, or other related expenses.
