Oregon State University

Oregon State University is a large public university in the Pacific Northwest that has undergone significant growth in the last decade. We are an R1 research public land-grant university, and one of only two universities in the country with Land-, Sea-, Space- and Sun-Grant designations.

Within the College of Engineering and within the School of Mechanical, Industrial, & Manufacturing Engineering, there is a team of researchers focused on computational methods for multi-axis additive and subtractive manufacturing.

At this event, the team is showcasing their modified 3D printer and several computational innovations that streamline and improve the computational planning needs of additive manufacturing.
