

Mark Burnham, JD
Mark Burnham, JD, serves as the director of policy for the Additive Manufacturing Coalition. He has more than 20 years of experience representing universities, associations and technology focused entities in Washington, D.C. Burnham has served in different capacities over the years, sometimes as an in-house advocate and sometimes as an outside lobbyist to various entities including Caltech, Fermilab, UCAR/NCAR, Oakland University, University of Michigan and Michigan State University where he spent 11 years, eventually serving as MSU’s vice president for government affairs.
During his career, Burnham has worked with every federal science-related agencies as well as with most national higher education associations. Some of the biggest projects he has worked on include helping get funding from Congress for two Mars Rovers, assisted with the establishment and approval of the IACMI facility in Detroit, and state and federal funding of the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams, a $730M rare isotope accelerator, which commenced full operations in 2022. Burnham began his career working for Congresswoman Mary Kaptur (D-OH), the current chair of the Energy and Water Appropriations Subcommittee, where he served on her personal staff as the liaison to the committee on NASA, NSF and Veterans Affairs appropriations. Burnham holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.

Jonathan Dankenbring
Jonathan Dankenbring is a special projects development engineering manager for automotive manufacturer Rivian. For the past 14+ years, Dankenbring has been in various manufacturing-related roles. He started his career as a CNC machinist/programmer for Reger Manufacturing, transitioning into a lead-acid battery travel technician for Wirtz Manufacturing Co., a technical representative for CNC machining tooling and a junior production supervisor for MAPAL Inc. to his current position where he is building out Rivian's rapid prototyping machining and additive capabilities. Dankenbring was educated in engineering design at Western Michigan University and engineering design, Solidworks-based mechanical design at SC4 Community College.


John Davidson
John Davidson, who founded Acuity Surgical Devices in 2013 along with Bryan Cowan, did so with an unwavering commitment to develop, design, produce, procure and support spine surgeons and their patients with premiere lumbar, cervical and biologic evidence-based systems. Prior to Acuity, Davidson held leading sales roles with DePuy Johnson & Johnson and NuVasive. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas.


Jeff DeGrange
Jeffrey DeGrange, FSME, is the chief commercial officer of Impossible Objects Inc., a 3D-composites additive technology company. Previously, DeGrange was a vice president for Stratasys where he focused on delivering additive manufacturing products and services to produce parts. Prior to that, DeGrange was the department head of advanced manufacturing materials, technologies for The Boeing Co., leading the certification and qualifications of additive manufactured end-use flying parts for military and commercial aircraft programs. DeGrange has worked on several U.S. Department of Defense and Energy projects that have brought to market new additive manufacturing materials, products and validated new applications. He is the past chair of SME's Additive Manufacturing Technical Community Committee, current co-chair of SME’s Technical Committee, past co-founder and chairman of the Germany’s Direct Manufacturing Research Center, past advisor to the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry Fab Lab, current advisor to the University of Iowa College of Engineering and University of Minnesota Medical Device Center, and current board member to Precision ADM, a metal-additive manufacturing provider in Canada. He holds multiple patents and has a master's degree in manufacturing engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Iowa.


Kory Drake
Kory Drake is a design engineer for Arrow McLaren IndyCar. Previously, he was an engineering manager and design engineer for Indy Performance Composites. Other experiences includes mechanical engineering technician for Contour Hardening and metal fabricator for East Enterprises Inc. Drake has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechanical technology and technician from Indiana University Indianapolis.


Nick Estock
Nick Estock, who has been with AddUp since 2021, stepped into the role of deputy chief executive officer in 2024. Estock, who has over 15 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry and across multiple additive technologies, brings with him a visionary approach, emphasizing a relentless commitment to driving customer success and embracing cutting-edge technologies. He earned his MBA in 2015 from Penn State and bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton in 2007.


Glynn Fletcher
Glynn Fletcher, chief customer advocate, EOS Group, and president of EOS North America, holds a senior executive position at the EOS global level while also directly leading the company’s operations in North America. He joined EOS in 2015, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in the CNC machine tool industry. Fletcher has worked closely with Hans Langer, PhD, EOS’s founder, to leverage his machine tool background and significantly advance the adoption of additive manufacturing worldwide. EOS sales in North America have grown fivefold during Fletcher's tenure, and EOS has firmly established itself as the global market leader.


Nick Graham
Nick Graham the chief revenue officer for Formlabs. Previously, Graham served as CRO at EverQuote, one of the fastest growing technology firms in Cambridge and Boston history. He has a track record of leading teams through strategic growth phases to unlock opportunities and achieve ambitious business goals. Graham's experience in both private and public markets, as well as managing partnerships, is helping grow Formlabs revenue while expanding access to 3D printing to thousands of new customers. In addition, he has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech, a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Northwestern University and bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Queensland.


Jeffrey Graves, PhD
Jeffrey Graves, PhD is President and CEO of 3D Systems. He joined the company in May 2020.
Prior to joining 3D Systems, from 2012 to May 2020, he served as CEO, President and Director of MTS Systems Corporation, a global supplier of test, simulation, and measurement systems. From 2005 until 2012, he served as President and CEO of C&D Technologies, Inc. He also held leadership roles with Kemet Corporation as Chief Operating Officer (2001-2003) and CEO (2003 to 2005). Previously he held a number of leadership and technical roles with GE, Rockwell Automation and Howmet Corporation. Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hexcel Corporation.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering from Purdue University. He also holds a master’s degree and PhD in metallurgical engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He has been recognized with the distinguished alumni award from both universities. He is also a master black belt in six sigma.


Laura Griffiths
Laura Griffiths is the head of content for The TCT Group's print and digital content. She graduated with a master's degree in multimedia journalism in 2014 and joined the TCT team as an editorial assistant shortly after. Griffiths has over 10 years of experience focusing on the latest 3D-technology news, applications and user stories. She is also an ambassador for Women in 3D Printing in Chester, UK.


Todd Grimm
Todd Grimm is 29-year veteran of the additive manufacturing/3D-printing industry. From his work as a consultant, writer, author, speaker, editor and advisor, Grimm was named as one of TCT Magazine’s 20 most influential in the AM industry and has been twice nominated for the TCT Hall of Fame. He is president of T.A. Grimm & Associates, an AM consulting and communications company. Grimm has also served as an independent director on the board of directors of ARC Group Worldwide. Presently, he is a columnist for Mechanical Engineering magazine, a publication of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. From 2011-20, Grimm served as a columnist for publications including Engineering.com, 3D Printing Industry and TCT Magazine. He is also the author of User’s Guide to Rapid Prototyping. Grimm is a former board member of AMUG (Additive Manufacturing Users Group) and is currently volunteering as the AMUG’s news lead; sits on the TCT Expert Advisory Board; and is a RAPID + TCT Event Advisor. He has also the former chair of SME's AM Community.


Tamas Havar, PhD
Tamas Havar, PhD, has been leading engineering, production, operations and R&D at Airbus, Boeing, Blue Origin and Gulfstream for over 20 years. As an executive, he has led international teams and global departments in the field of disruptive innovations, additive manufacturing (3D printing), innovative composites, new electrical components, integration and assembly as well as airworthiness certification. As a director, Havar led Boeing Additive Manufacturing site in Auburn, WA, as well as M&P with the AM department at Blue Origin and is now spear heading the AM efforts at Gulfstream. He obtained his doctorate in 2007 and master’s degree from University of Stuttgart in 2001, respectively. Havar served on the board for the handbook on aircraft structures used for aircraft certification and spoke at several international conferences. Havar holds more than 10 patents in the field of aerospace innovations and has several publications.


Rajeev Kulkarni
Rajeev Kulkarni, a renowned figure in the 3D-printing sector, is the chief strategy officer for Axtra3D. His illustrious career in the field dates back to the early 1990s, marked by significant executive roles, including his recent tenure as the vice president of strategy and corporate development at 3D Systems. Kulkarni is celebrated for his extensive expertise encompassing technical, business and strategic aspects of 3D printing, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit demonstrated through the cofounding of two angel funds. In 2024, Kulkarni was appointed to the strategic board of directors for Ackuretta, a global manufacturer of high-precision 3D-printing solutions for dental professionals. In addition, in 2024, he was also appointed as the board president for Caracol, a leading industrial 3D-printer manufacturer and large-format AM technology providers.


Alex Moñino
Alex Moñino is the head of marketing and go-to-market for the HP 3D Printing business. Moñino is responsible for 3D strategy, product roadmap, marketing, NPI, go-to-market design and implementation. Prior to this position, Moñino was the WW marketing director for large format printers, leading the transformation from single function to multifunction and launching a new disruptive category with a new GTM for HP PageWide XL printers. He joined HP in 1997. Since then, Moñino has held different marketing and business management positions for HP 3D printing, Designjet, LaserJet and Inkjet Supplies. Moñino has been based in HP Boise, Idaho; San Diego; and is currently located in Barcelona. He holds and engineering degree on industrial organization by Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, as well as formal training in marketing strategy and management from INSEAD, Harvard and Kellogg School of Management, has over 15 years of experience leading 3D-printing innovations and transforming industries with new products, services and business models.


Jonathan Morris, MD
Dr. Jonathan Morris is a consultant in the Department of Radiology at the Mayo Clinic. He received his medical degree at Howard University College of Medicine, completed an internship at Washington Hospital Center, a research fellowship at National Institutes of Health and his radiology and neuroradiology fellowships at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Morris is a board certified radiologist; CAQ neuroradiologist; medical director of the 3D Printing
Anatomic Modeling Lab at Mayo Clinic; executive medical director for Immersive and Experiential Learning, Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science; and Medical Director of Center for Biomedical and Scientific Visualization, Division of Experiential Learning, Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. His expertise is in the use of point of care 3D printing/additive manufacturing for preoperative planning and custom surgical guides. Additionally, Dr. Morris is focused on the development and deployment of extended realities, VR/AR in medical education, intraoperative guidance and medical capital equipment training. Clinically, Dr. Morris focuses on minimally invasive thermal ablation of tumors in the neuroaxis.

Nils Niemeyer
Nils Niemeyer, General Manager at DMG MORI Additive Solutions for North America, possesses 15+ years of manufacturing experience. Prior roles span Production Strategy, Product Management, Sales, and Service in factories and regional organizations. His AM passion ignited as a Global Manufacturing Consultant at Siemens, where he explored AM's versatile applications, recognizing its disruptive potential in design and supply chain resilience alongside traditional manufacturing methods.
Nils earned a Dipl.-Ing. (B.Sc and M.Sc equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering and Production Technology from RWTH Aachen University, cultivating precision machining technologies in research institutes like RWTH Aachen University's Machine Tool Laboratory (WZL) and the Laboratory for Precision Machining (LMP) at University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Brazil. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business, enriching his technical background with business and entrepreneurship acumen.


Joris Peels
Since 2017, Joris Peels has worked with 3DPrint.com, first as editor-in-chief and now as executive editor. Peels is also VP consulting, SmarTech Analysis, sister company of 3DPrint.com. He is a Netherlands-based 3D-printing consultant for strategy, business development and marketing in additive manufacturing. Peels performs technical due diligence, market research and competitive analysis for consultants, analysts, multinationals, VC’s, PE and hedge funds. He has worked in 3D printing for more than a dozen years, for Shapeways, Materialise, Formlabs, Ultimaker, HP and others. Peels lives, eats, sleeps and dreams 3D printing and tries to give a dose of realism and truth to the hype surrounding 3D printing.


Steve Plumb
Steve Plumb, editor-in-chief for SME Media, is an award-winning publishing and marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience working for a variety of publications, clients and companies. Plumb has covered every aspect of the global auto industry during his career, from new vehicles, advanced technologies and production, and supplier trends to management, marketing and labor issues. In addition to writing and editing business magazines and newsletters, Plumb has coordinated consumer and business research projects, developed special reports, white papers and targeted custom publishing projects, as well as created and managed websites. He has an MBA in marketing from Wayne State University and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Michigan State University.


Patrick Treacy
Patrick Treacy, founder and CEO of Onkos Surgical, began his career as a product development engineer with Howmedica, later Stryker Orthopedics. He advanced through numerous roles in R&D, marketing and general management as head of the Stryker global knee franchise. During this time, Treacy developed a passion for the advancement of musculoskeletal oncology and complex orthopedics, seeing the need for unique and personalized solutions for these surgeons and their patients. Prior to founding Onkos in 2015, he served as the president of PDI Healthcare. Treacy earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Villanova University and holds numerous implant and instrument design patents in orthopedic surgery.


Shannon VanDeren
Shannon VanDeren is the president of Layered Manufacturing and Consulting, and also serves as the president of AMUG (Additive Manufacturing Users Group). VanDeren has spent the last 15 years supporting additive manufacturing in multiple verticals including medical, aerospace, automotive, commercial, defense and firearms.


Brigittede de Vet-Veithen
Brigitte de Vet-Veithen is CEO at Materialise, a global leader in 3D-printing software and services. She has substantial experience in business transformations and new business development, including building and developing businesses across Europe and Asia; establishing new business models; and developing additional offerings (often services) to enhance the value for the customer. de Vet-Veithen has also turned businesses around by driving efficiencies and cost reductions, building and acquiring new growth platforms while shaping partnerships and alliances. She successfully divested companies with substantial value after turnaround. de Vet-Veithen rationalizes and accelerates R&D programs to generate short-term growth and ensure long-term sustainability of business. She has an MBA from INSEAD (1993), a master's in business with a major in engineering (1993) and bachelor's in business administration from the Aston Business School (1991) from HEC Liège.


John Wilczynski
John Wilczynski is the executive director of America Makes where he is responsible for the leadership and strategic vision of the institute. Through his national outreach, sustainment efforts and management of membership and stakeholders, Wilczynski drives the mission and vision for the nation’s leading public-private partnership for additive manufacturing (AM) technology and education. In 2009, Wilczynski joined the National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining and, in 2012, transitioned to the America Makes program, which is driven by NCDMM. He continues to play an instrumental role in the amplification of the additive manufacturing industry.
Prior to Wilczynski's appointment as executive director in 2019, he served as the America Makes technology director for five years. During this time, Wilczynski led the facilitation of the National Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing Roadmap, the development of an Intellectual Property Management Plan, the execution of the Project Call Process for Agency-Driven and Cooperative Agreement-Driven project solicitations and program management of the America Makes project portfolio.
He has a demonstrated history of working in the automotive, defense and aerospace industries. Wilczynski has a longstanding background in mechanical engineering and is highly skilled in operations management, industrial engineering, root cause analysis and continuous improvement processes. Previously, he was an auditor and quality manager for the global manufacturing system at General Motors.


Terry Wohlers, FSME, Dr.
Terry Wohlers, Dr. h.c., FSME, is head of advisory services and market intelligence at Wohlers Associates, powered by ASTM International. Wohlers and his team have provided consulting assistance to more than 280 organizations in 27 countries, as well as to nearly 200 companies in the investment community. He has authored 450 books, articles and technical papers and has given 190 keynote presentations on six continents. Wohlers has twice served as a featured speaker at events in the U.S. White House and has appeared on many television and radio news programs. In 2004, he received an honorary doctoral degree from Central University of Technology in Bloemfontein, South Africa. He is a principal author of the Wohlers Report, the undisputed industry-leading report on additive manufacturing and 3D printing worldwide for 29 consecutive years.


Yoav Zeif, PhD
Yoav Zeif, PhD joined Stratasys as CEO in 2020. Zeif brings broad, global experience in industry transformation to Stratasys, having served in senior leadership roles for both public and private multi-billion-dollar corporations, leading worldwide operations across industries and professional domains. He was President of the Americas Division, Head of Product Offering and Chief Commercial Officer at Netafim, the world’s largest micro-irrigation company, from 2012 to 2018. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Products and Marketing at Makhteshim (now Adama Ltd.), a global crop-protection company, where he managed the entire portfolio of products, marketing and all global commercial relationships. From 2018 – 2020, Zeif was a partner in the New York office of McKinsey & Company. Zeif obtained an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Ph.D. in International Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
