Savi Baveja

Savi Baveja 
Savi formerly served as a Senior Partner and Head of New Business Incubation at Bain & Company, where he honed deep expertise in corporate and growth strategy development, including focal areas of machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), digital disruption, solution capabilities, full potential transformation, and the strategic planning processes. During his three decades at the company, Baveja served on the firm’s board of directors, spearheaded multi-year corporate transformations at several leading global technology and Internet companies, and extensively researched, wrote, and published studies detailing global macro-trends, as well as innovation, growth, and recession strategies. He also launched and led a breakthrough incubator focused on creating new businesses that disrupt professional services with software. 

Savi is the founder of Trooly, a predictive analytics startup, which was purchased by online hospitality service Airbnb in 2017. 

He holds an MBA with high distinction as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School. He also holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering with distinction from Stanford University, where he was a Terman Scholar. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Alain Dupont

Alain Dupont 
Alain Dupont has been chief commercial officer globally for Colibrium Additive (formerly GE Additive) since January 2021. As such, he’s responsible for the sale and distribution of all Colibrium Additive products and services and, as a result, he leads a global sales force with presence in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.  
 
He also served as the CEO of AP&C, a Colibrium Additive company, and as P&L leader for materials at Colibrium Additive between 2016 and May 2023. AP&C is today a global leader in high-quality metal powder manufacturing for the additive industry. Alain also spent 18 years with GE Capital, GE’s financial arm, with executive assignments in Canada, Europe and Asia. During his tenure with GE Capital, he held executive roles in business development, strategy, risk management and compliance. He’s green belt certified since 2003 under the GE lean curriculum. 
 
He has held multiple board and advisory roles in Canada, Europe and Asia in different capacity: Non-profit, board chair and advisory board assignments. Today, he serves as the GE Aerospace board representative and board chairman for FAMAT, a joint venture between Safran and GE Aerospace, located in France. Mr. Dupont has also been involved in his local community with engagements such as board chairman of a community center (CJE) for youth social and economic integration. He also served on the board of Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal where he led for many years its Nut Cracker Christmas Foundation Campaign. He holds a Bachelor (Bsc.) in Mathematics, a Civil Law Degree (LLL) and an MBA from the University of Ottawa, Canada. Mr. Dupont, who lives in Montreal, QC Canada, is married and has 2 children.

Ric Fulop

Ric Fulop 
Ric Fulop is the CEO and co-founder of Desktop Metal, a company committed to accelerating the transformation of manufacturing with end-to-end metal 3D printing solutions. Founded in 2015 by leaders in advanced manufacturing, materials science, and robotics, the company is addressing the unmet challenges of speed, cost, and quality to make metal 3D printing an essential tool for engineers and manufacturers around the world. 

Prior to founding Desktop Metal in October 2015, Ric was a General Partner at North Bridge, a VC fund with $3 billion under management, for five years following a fifteen-year career as an entrepreneur. Fulop is the founder of six technology companies, including A123 Systems, Boston's largest IPO in the past decade and one of the world’s largest automotive lithium ion suppliers with revenue exceeding $500M in 2016. At North Bridge, Ric led the software and 3D investing practices, and was an early stage investor and board member in Dyn (acquired by Oracle for $600 million), Onshape, MarkForged, Salsify, Lytro and Gridco. 

Ric is a former Board Member of the Electric Drive Transportation Association and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School where he was a Sloan Fellow.

Jeffrey Graves, PhD

Jeffrey Graves, PhD
Jeffrey Graves, PhD is President and CEO of 3D Systems. He joined the company in May 2020. 
 
Prior to joining 3D Systems, from 2012 to May 2020, he served as CEO, President and Director of MTS Systems Corporation, a global supplier of test, simulation, and measurement systems. From 2005 until 2012, he served as President and CEO of C&D Technologies, Inc. He also held leadership roles with Kemet Corporation as Chief Operating Officer (2001-2003) and CEO (2003 to 2005). Previously he held a number of leadership and technical roles with GE, Rockwell Automation and Howmet Corporation. 
 
Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hexcel Corporation. 
 
He holds a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering from Purdue University. He also holds a master’s degree and PhD in metallurgical engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He has been recognized with the distinguished alumni award from both universities. He is also a master black belt in six sigma.

Marie Langer

Marie Langer 
As CEO, Marie Langer, daughter of EOS Founder Hans Dr. J. Langer, is responsible for the strategic positioning of EOS and its subsidiaries. In this function, she concentrates on the topics Strategy, Marketing, Corporate Communications as well as Culture, Organizational and People Development.  

Prior to this position, she performed various roles within EOS management and the supervisory board: Leading the Social Venture Program and taking on the task of corporate and business development across the EOS GROUP.  

Marie Langer holds a diploma in psychology, majoring in the area of organizational and educational psychology. Furthermore, she holds a management degree from IESE Business School and founded the initiative ELEMENT A to drive innovation in education.

Maxim Lobovsky

Maxim Lobovsky 
Max Lobovsky is co-founder and CEO of Formlabs. Formlabs pioneered the new category of professional desktop 3D printing when it launched the world’s first affordable, powerful desktop stereolithography 3D printer. Prior to starting Formlabs, Lobovsky led the efforts at Fab@Home, one of the industry’s earliest open-source 3D printing projects which has been instrumental in setting up labs in schools worldwide. A Forbes’ 30 Under 30 recipient and World Economic Forum Pioneer, Lobovsky holds a B.S. in Applied Engineering and Physics from Cornell University and a M.S. in Media Arts and Sciences from MIT.

Nils Niemeyer

Nils Niemeyer 
Nils Niemeyer, General Manager at DMG MORI Additive Solutions for North America, possesses 15+ years of manufacturing experience. Prior roles span Production Strategy, Product Management, Sales, and Service in factories and regional organizations. His AM passion ignited as a Global Manufacturing Consultant at Siemens, where he explored AM's versatile applications, recognizing its disruptive potential in design and supply chain resilience alongside traditional manufacturing methods.  

Nils earned a Dipl.-Ing. (B.Sc and M.Sc equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering and Production Technology from RWTH Aachen University, cultivating precision machining technologies in research institutes like RWTH Aachen University's Machine Tool Laboratory (WZL) and the Laboratory for Precision Machining (LMP) at University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Brazil. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business, enriching his technical background with business and entrepreneurship acumen.

Avi Reichental

Avi Reichental 
Avi Reichental is the co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Nexa3D, the maker of ultrafast polymer 3D printers and founder of XponentialWorks, a venture investment, mergers, and acquisitions firm.  

A serial entrepreneur, Avi has spent a career foretelling and monetizing the convergence of tech trends and business model innovations.  

For over 12 years, Avi led 3D Systems as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Under his leadership, 3D Systems emerged as a leading provider of 3D-printing services, along with becoming a leading voice in the industry. His TED speech, titled “What’s Next in 3D Printing,” continues to receive acclaim for its industry perspective. Under his watch, the company also realized significant revenue and valuation growth, and ranked 13th on Forbes’ list of the World’s Most Innovative Growth Companies in 2014, as well as Fortune magazine’s fifth-Fastest Growing Company and second Fastest Growing Tech Company in 2013. Avi also is an active inventor who holds 40 patents.

Victor Roman, PhD is managing director at ARBURGadditive GmbH + Co KG and remains steadfast in his commitment to driving innovation and excellence in additive manufacturing. Prior to this role, Roman had an illustrious 21-year tenure at Bosch Stuttgart, where he showcased his versatility by excelling in pivotal roles spanning software development, sales, and corporate strategy. His enterprising spirit propelled him to establish and spearhead a highly successful Bosch-internal 3D Printing Startup, cementing his reputation as a visionary leader. His robust academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Würzburg, and a PhD in Physical Chemistry.

Michelle Sidwell 
Michelle Sidwell serves as Velo3D’s Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing Sales, Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Marketing. In her role, Michelle works with closely with key customers to understand their needs and help them leverage additive manufacturing technology to transform their organizations. With over two decades in technology and sales, she has held pivotal leadership roles, aiding businesses in introducing transformative technologies to market.  
 
Prior to joining Velo3D, Michelle was the SVP of Global Enterprise Business at Salesloft, where she emphasized revenue growth and sales excellence. At Yext, she played a significant role in boosting revenue from $60 million to $300 million as the company transitioned to being publicly traded. Michelle’s impressive track record also includes key positions at Adobe, Persado, and Walswoth.

Yoav Stern

Yoav Stern 
Yoav Stern is the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Nano Dimension. Since joining the Company in December 2019, he has seen the business transform from a niche 3D printing company for electronics to a market leading 3D printing, robotics, and industrial-AI innovator. During this time, Nano Dimension has grown from $5 million in revenue to over $56 million. Mr. Stern joined Nano Dimension after serving in executive roles as CEO and Chairman in several public and private advanced technology companies, taking them from a few million dollars of revenue into the hundreds of millions of dollars. Among some of the companies Mr. Stern led were Wordstart International Inc., Kellstrom Industries Inc., DVTEL Inc., Bogen Corporation, and FiberSensys LLC. Mr. Stern earned a B. Sc. Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, an M.A. in International Relations from New York University, as well as a Diploma in Automation and Mechanical Engineering. He is a graduate from of the Israeli Air Force Academy, a Lt. Colonel (Ret.), an F-15 fighter pilot and an ex-D. Squadron Commander.

Shai Terem 
Shai Terem is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Markforged. Shai was President, Americas at Kornit Digital, and Vice President Finance and Operation Americas at Stratasys. Shai Terem joined Markforged in 2019. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tel Aviv University in 2005 and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, Accounting and Entrepreneurship from University of Chicago - Booth School of Business in 2010.

Fried Vancraen

Fried Vancraen 
Fried Vancraen co-founded Materialise in 1990 with a mission to create a better and healthier world and a desire to make a difference using 3D printing. He served as the company’s CEO for 33 years. On January 1, 2024, Mr. Vancraen became Chairman of the Board and was succeeded as CEO by Brigitte de Vet-Veithen. He remains deeply connected to Materialise, engaging with customers and partners, and to the 3D printing industry. 

Previously, he worked as a research engineer and consultant at the Research Institute of the Belgian Metalworking Industry, where he was introduced to 3D Printing.  

Mr. Vancraen holds several patents related to the technical and medical applications of 3D Printing. He received the RTAM/SME Industry Achievement Award, the highest honor in the 3D printing industry. He was selected as the most influential person in additive manufacturing by industry professionals and TCT Magazine and was listed as one of the five leading players in his sector by the Financial Times. He is also the recipient of a 2013 Visionaries! award from the Museum of Art and Design in New York.  

Mr. Vancraen holds a Master of Science in Electro-Mechanical Engineering and a Master in Business Administration from KU Leuven. He was included in the TCT Hall of Fame in 2017 for his contributions to the 3D printing industry.

Yoav Zeif, PhD
Yoav Zeif, PhD joined Stratasys as CEO in 2020. Zeif brings broad, global experience in industry transformation to Stratasys, having served in senior leadership roles for both public and private multi-billion-dollar corporations, leading worldwide operations across industries and professional domains. He was President of the Americas Division, Head of Product Offering and Chief Commercial Officer at Netafim, the world’s largest micro-irrigation company, from 2012 to 2018. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Products and Marketing at Makhteshim (now Adama Ltd.), a global crop-protection company, where he managed the entire portfolio of products, marketing and all global commercial relationships. From 2018 – 2020, Zeif was a partner in the New York office of McKinsey & Company. Zeif obtained an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Ph.D. in International Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
