For the first time, Hasbro's Selfie Series is bringing mass customization to customers through 3D printed, personalized action figures. The product incorporates customer facial scans into custom 3D printed head and hair components. Formlabs collaborated with the leading toy brand to develop novel SLA resin formulas suitable for this end use application. Carefully tailored material properties include a range of inclusive and realistic hair and skin colors, high impact resistance, and meeting skin contact and toxicity standards.
