Dr. Amy Thompson currently serves as the Chief Talent & Training Officer (CTRO) for the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT). She leads the development and implementation of CCAT’s technical training programs and courses with a focus on supporting small and medium-sized manufacturers (SMMs) throughout the northeast region through CCAT's Talent & Training Accelerator. Amy earned her B.S. Industrial Engineering, M.S. Manufacturing Engineering, and Ph.D. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
