Dr. Diana Otoya received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia in 2015. She applied and completed her Doctor of Medicine in 2019 from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia. She is currently a third year General Surgery Resident at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. She completed the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Chief Resident in Quality and Safety at the Central Virginia Health Care System in 2022. She was selected for the newly created VHA 3D Printing Surgical Fellowship in 2021 and will continue as a second-year fellow in the program. Her interests focus on vascular surgery, surgical education, diversity, and inclusivity, 3D Printing and simulation.
