Gabriel Schlumberger is the CEO of Fitz Frames, a custom-fitted eyeglasses manufacturer, revolutionizing the experience of getting glasses for kids and adults alike. A seasoned executive with nearly 20 years conceptualizing big ideas and building teams to execute them, he has delivered innovative consumer experiences in the kids, consumer products and e-commerce space. Schlumberger began his career in feature animation at Pixar and Blue Sky, where he worked on numerous Academy Award-winning films, including Monsters Inc, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Cars and Horton Hears a Who. At Disney Consumer Products and Interactive, Schlumberger served as executive director of digital creative; leading embedded startup teams to bring beloved brands and franchises into new media: apps, interactive toys and short-form video. Prior to Disney, he launched several of the first iPad apps with brands such as Sesame Street and Martha Stewart. Schlumberger has a bachelor’s degree in government and film studies from Dartmouth College. One of his kids wears prescription glasses, and the other kept stealing his sunglasses.
