In his role, John is also responsible for integrating robotic automation and AI-driven manufacturing techniques into aerospace and defense production. His leadership extends beyond operational oversight and encompasses quality assurance, certification processes, ERP implementations, and advancements in the supply chain. With a passion for driving innovation in next-generation manufacturing, John is reshaping how the aerospace and defense sectors approach design and production.
John has a strong background in technical leadership and supply chain optimization. He successfully led teams at organizations such as Northrop Grumman, SpaceX, and Industrial Electronic Engineers, Inc. During his tenure at SpaceX, he developed advanced manufacturing and welding processes for the Falcon 1 and Falcon 9 rocket systems. At Northrop Grumman, John managed the production of propulsion tanks for in-space applications. His strategic mindset and technical expertise have resulted in lean manufacturing advancements, cost reductions, and process efficiencies across each organization.
John holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University, an MBA from West Texas A&M University, and a Professional Certificate in Strategy from Harvard Business School.
