Josh Norman holds an M.S.M.E. from The Pennsylvania State University. He has a decade of industry experience working with both traditional Powder Metal and Laser Powder Bed Fusion processes. He is currently a Principal Engineer at Raytheon Technologies' Additive Manufacturing Process and Capability Center, where he develops process parameters for metallic AM components. Josh was responsible for developing the process parameters for Raytheon's first flight-tested AM heat exchanger. He holds numerous patents in the US and EU and is credited with a variety of AM process-based trade secrets.
