Lin Kayser, is the co-founder and CEO of Hyperganic, a company transforming how we design and manufacture objects using AI and algorithmic engineering.
Kayser is a serial entrepreneur who started his first company 30 years ago. In the 1990s, he helped pioneer industrial control systems based on PC technology with German tech startup ARADEX. The company’s systems powered a broad range of industrial machines, from CNC machines to the printing machines for the Euro banknotes.
In 2000 he started IRIDAS, which created technology for the nascent digital film market in Hollywood. IRIDAS software powered the world’s first digital cinema for The Matrix movies and quickly became a leader in high-end image processing for the global movie industry. In 2011, IRIDAS was acquired by Adobe, where Kayser worked for three years as a director. In 2014, he left to focus on Hyperganic.
