Many companies turn to Marco Zani who, with over 10 years of experience in additive manufacturing, is still one of the greatest pioneers in the Italian scene.
Born in Cesena in 1990, he has always been passionate about technology and industrial processes. During his studies in automation engineering at the University of Bologna, he founded Mark One: a company that produces and develops 3D printers for the industrial sector.
Marco Zani with Mark One has won all the innovation calls in which he participates. In 2019, Mark One won the "Best Smart Factory Startup" award in Europe and Marco was appointed Ambassador at the Global StartUp Awards. Forbes France named Mark One as one of the best Italian startups and, subsequently, Forbes Italy appointed Marco Zani in the prestigious list of the 30 under 30 most influential entrepreneurs in the Manufacturing & Industry section. Marco was invited by prestigious international universities to share his know-how and expertise: among these the University of Illinois, Georgia Institute of Technology and MXD, one of the most important innovation centers of American manufacturing.
Among the collaborators of Marco and Mark One is Kawasaki, Yamaha, ABB, the Italian Space Agency (ASI), the Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute.
