Shamil Hargovan is an entrepreneur, CEO, brand leader who has experience building award-winning products and services, consumer devices, and B2B platforms that have generated over $4B in direct revenues. Hargovan is a featured speaker and thought leader inthe areas of industry 4.0, blended physical-digital experiences, and the future of retail and ecommerce. In 2016, Shamil was named a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Manufacturing and Industry –and again in 2017 to the Forbes 30 Under 30 All-Star alumni list. He has also been featured as one of Inc Magazine's "50 Emerging Global Entrepreneurs to Watch". At STS Capital Partners, Hargovan leads sell-side M&A deals supporting business owners and founders on their strategic exit.Prior to that, Shamil co-founded, led, and exited Wiivv, a leading custom 3D printed footwear platform. Mr. Hargovan spent several years at HP Inc., where he managed highly profitable product lines within the printing and personal systems global business. There he also served on a board-mandated project team defining the company’s additive manufacturing strategy, which ultimately led to the formation of its 3D printing business unit. Prior to HP, Shamil was a management consultant at Clarkston Consulting, focused on the consumer products,life sciences, and retail industries. Hargovan began his career as Scholar Associate at SRI International (formerly Stanford Research Institute) in their new ventures team. Shamil holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Claremont McKenna College. Hargovan serves on nonprofit boards, including Altruvest Charitable Services and within Rotary International.
