His former engineering and operational leadership positions at major energy companies (Voestalpine, Baker Hughes) and proven expertise in transitioning prototypes to production enables him to be a results-driven professional capable of optimizing designs for performance and cost-efficiency. Hetz is a former ME and Project Manager for the Israeli Ministry of Defense and is currently the Director of Advanced Manufacturing at Endeavor 3D, overseeing all polymer and metal contract manufacturing services and operations.
