Steve is experienced sales and marketing leader with over 30 years of manufacturing, software and start-up experience within the aerospace, medical, shipbuilding and power generation industries. Currently, Steve is the Head of AM for Siemens US and works with both the hardware and software groups. Prior to Siemens, Steve started his career in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, working within the precision machining industry servicing the medical and defense markets. After returning to the Washington, DC area, where he attended college, he began a career in the software tech market helping start and launch multiple tech companies in the DC and Northern Virginia area. Steve continued on in software space entering into the metrology market working with a best-in-class, model-based inspection software for the aerospace, shipbuilding and energy markets, which was later sold to Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. Over the last 12yrs, Steve has worked closely with the additive manufacturing(AM) community, it’s OEM’s, manufacturing consortiums and end users helping ensure the benefits of AM are realized by all.
