With almost 30 years of experience in Powder Metallurgy, Sven is currently a Senior R&D Engineer within the Additive Manufacturing (AM) Group at Höganäs where he has supported the development of new AM powders and alloys since 2016. Before that, he held several R&D leadership roles in Surface Coating and other Powder Metal products at Höganäs. Sven is also an Adjunct Professor at Chalmers University of Technology where he connects academic research with commercial applications. He was awarded a PhD in Materials Science at Chalmers University of Technology in 1992.
