Joe Lotuaco is a Senior Product Developer at Gulf Wind Technology, based in Avondale, Louisiana. Before joining Gulf Wind Technology, Joe worked in the film industry on major motion picture productions in the New Orleans region where he began designing and 3D printing parts for camera, electric, grip and art departments before switching carrers to join LM Wind Power, a GE Vernova company, initially as a manufacturing technician before eventually advancing to become a metrology engineer specializing in development of large volume 3D measurement systems for validation of final blade geometry, mould and tooling setup, and more. Currently, Joe leads the product line development for Gulf Wind Technology and leading the company’s Rapid Prototyping Lab.
